Just had a flashback. Tim spall is in it. It's on next week. Larry lamb did the film of it apparently.
And yes, prosecco is great. I prefer it to champagne, not as dry and sweeter, not to mention the price difference, so you can drink a lot more of it....... DL

I'll have a look at Hatton Gardens next week, cheers.
I'm currently banned in 3 continents from drinking champagne + cointreau cocktales in public, so i think i'll give this presecco a go with my beloved cointreau based on your advice, thanks.
(Warning regards mixing champagne with cointreau, with or without the strawberry at the bottom of flute)

Anything with Tim Spall in is worth checking out. I'll be watching.

Was it ever shown on TV? Seems a bit odd that they cancelled it?

ITV haven't said exactly why it was postponed, but the article says it's because one of the criminals involved died around the time it was due to be broadcast.

A bit odd considering there are a couple of other films about it?

Yes I remember him dying it was on the news here. I think if I'm thinking of the same bloke he was shot in his back garden by a sniper?
