Which versions do I have?? Series 1&2
Hey again everyone...I have bought Series 1&2 on iTunes, and every episode is basically a 3 part episode with with ad breaks removed, You hear the music for the break etc. Now If I'm correct I do remember that when AWP1 was rerun they showed it in half hour showings and also did a before a 9pm run which meant they edited some of the adult language and humour... So does anyone know where to find the totally unedited, uncut versions? Or do I already own them?? I do the DVD's somewhere but I've stored them away as I now use the iTunes copies....Thanks in advance

iTunes are as close as possible for most and DVDS have other bits the ITunes versions don’t, it’s a bit of a minefield! The TV repeats albeit edited heavily for profanity etc have extra tiny little bits that neither the iTunes and DVDs don’t!

All my old DVDs are the 'full' versions, with all the swearing and stuff.
The butchery that happened in 88/89 when it was shown in half hour time slots was unforgivable.
I can only presume somebody made some money by doing this.
The crude editing was so amateurish, and also prevented some of the storylines from making any sense.
Mind you, fast forward 20 years and I think the BBC had a good go at butchery too!
