I hope you double aufed him with a Brenda-style: "Oh thank you very much"

I aufed my telly out loud during the snooker last night. During commentary Dennis Taylor said Barry Hawkins needed to win "at least the first four frames to have any chance of winning".

"Are you laying down terms Dennis?"

In the pub yesterday my sister ordered a bottle of prosecco.
When her husband bought it over he said, " When you've guzzled that, you're on Fanta!"

Aufed the missus, ageen. Question on The Chaser, which poet was buried in Greece ? I think it was Greece. Anyway, as soon as the names appeared, I was in, "Rupert Brooke, died on a foreign field." Didnt end the line though ! :D

Came downstairs this morning to a kitchen full of beer cans, glasses, etc.
My daughter said, "this place looks like a bloody carsie!"

Someone actually got me today.
One of our shops in Wallsend is having problems with it's Till.
The manageress rang up and explained how it sounded like 'An Asthmatic Pit Pony Man....'
She actually added the 'Man' on at the end, oh how I was laughing inside....So I didn't look like a pillock!

Maybe if she put a white towel over it, it might shut up.

'I refuse, I refuse ...' I said yesterday. My lass laughed and mimicked me. Apparently I say it quite a lot. I didn't even know that I'd been saying it. It's just worked itself into my vocabulary.

Got back yesterday from a four night break in Lloret de Mar with my husband.
Needless to say, there were endless auf quotes going on.
