Worked away with a group of lads/mates, lived in cramped conditions etc etc

Got any stories to tell ;)

I have worked away quite a lot, but not for many years now.
Lots of tales and funny things happened, I always said I would write a bloody book, but then maybe only me and my colleagues would find them funny.

For those who haven't done it, it mind sound exciting, but most of the time it isn't but you do have a bloody good laugh sometimes.

One of my best memories was in about 1999. Working away in London, and with nothing to watch, it was my idea to go and track down Noel Gallaghers house in the middle of London somewhere. At the time he was living at Supernova Heights, Steele Road I think it was called. Anyway, to try and cut this short, cause it was a 2 day adventure. On the first night we found his house. His front wall was covered in writing and drawing from fans, so stuck out like a sore thumb. We drove up and there was a woman stood at his gates in her dressing gown. It was about 10pm when we finally found it.

We got out of the van, just the 2 of us, and she said...
"So you're fans are you?..."
"Yes, are you?
"Does it look like it, in my bloody dressing gown! I'm his neighbour, and I've come to to tell him to turn his f**king guitar amp down, I'm trying to sleep!...."

For any Oasis fans, he was recording 'Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants' at the time, and we got a rare if somewhat quiet play of his work

The next day we went back and stole his rubbish.

Or, to keep it legal, lets just say we borrowed his rubbish.

Redistribution can not be construed as theft,
Oh no, not in the proper sense, no.
